Eligibility for Return

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item is unused and in original packaging

  • You initiate the return within 3 days of delivery


🔁 How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp / Email within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Share your Order ID and clear images of the product showing the issue.

  3. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return shipping process.


💸 Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, bank, etc.).

  • For COD orders, bank details will be required for processing the refund.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the error is on our part (wrong/damaged product), we’ll bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), the customer bears the shipping charge.
